Beadles & Cairnwell
Nestled in a peaceful street, a 3-minute walk to the centre, bus stops and shops, Beadles Cottage is a charming, family friendly cottage in central Blairgowrie. This historic cottage, over 100 years old, was once home to the church beadle who tended the neighbouring grounds.
The home features a luxurious king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a cosy single room ideal for a child, a family shower room and open-plan living space with kitchen. Step outside to discover a garden with dining area and BBQ.
Cairnwell Cottage is located on a private farm between Blairgowrie and Dunkeld. Only a 10-minute drive from the centre of Blairgowrie, the pet-friendly cottage offers a choice of nearby lochside walks, exclusive amenities, and cosy fireplaces, as well as access to a private tennis court upon request. For those craving adventure, water sports can be arranged upon booking to add an exciting twist to your stay. Cairnwell Cottage also has 2 mountain bikes, which are available to be booked separately, so that you’re free to fully explore the area. With plenty of activities on your doorstep, this beautiful cottage is perfect for a romantic holiday or weekend getaway.

Perthshire Holiday Cottages is a family-owned property management company, experienced in the serviced accommodation sector and property rental market. Our journey began in 2023 with a rental refurbishment – our first step in the journey towards a thriving portfolio - and we quickly developed a passion for all things brick and mortar! From there, we expanded into serviced accommodation, launching Beadles Cottage in 2025 which provides exceptional, high quality stays in the heart of Blairgowrie. Cairnwell Cottage then followed shortly after in December of 2025, offering a more romantic and rural feeling property to our visitors.
